Very close to downtown Ventura. It was actually within walking distance of Main St. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Overall it was well priced & a great location and clean and tidy.

Rooms were big, kept clean, AC worked great. Staff was awesome... Felt safe here. Signed paper for no pets or smoking which was ok for me but you might want to call to check options if that's you. I deducted 1 star cause I could hear the people above me walking back an forth and doing things. It's next to the freeway but that wasn't too bad the AC drowned it out. It's also next to a train, possible metro which actually sounded nice. It was the noise from the people walking above that was bothersome. After I added brown noise to my phone I was good to sleep. They also have breakfast options and 12pm check out that I personally love. Also they have a parking garage below, with an elevator, more parking on the side and in the front. 7 min walk to down town, 10-12 min walk to the beach. I'd def go back.
